We make no charge for domain-name related services such as DNS changes or transfer away from our tag.
Complaints of any nature should be addressed to us as above. We will respond to any complaint within 3 working days, and endeavour to deal with any compaint within 28 days.
If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, please write a formal letter asking for an escalation and your complaint will be dealt with by our Directors.
